Trauma, the Brain, and Hope: Implications for Professional Practice professional workshop

A half-day workshop designed for mental health, family services, education and other professionals who work with children, youth and families impacted by trauma and traumatic stress.

Presented by Jessica Sinarski, LPCMH, at Formed Families Forward’s offices in Fairfax city.

Kids with tough histories often exhibit some “tough” behaviors, like opposition, aggression, and defiance. It’s a brain thing! Discover the hopeful side of neuroscience, with plenty of user-friendly applications for all ages.
