Sanja Karovic is a proud mom of a daughter who she and her husband adopted 10 years ago. She loves sharing her experience and helping others through the journey of adoption. Adoption was something she always planned on pursuing since she was a little girl. To give a child a home and unconditional love has been the most joyful and meaningful part of Sanja’s life.

Sanja is a Director of Data Acquisition and Analysis at the Inova Schar Cancer Institute (ISCI) with over two decades of experience in clinical research and advanced data analysis. She holds a Master of Science program in Pharmacometrics from University of Maryland Baltimore. She is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP). In her free time she loves to travel, see places, and meet people.
