YouthQuest Independent Living. provides services throughout Virginia where young adults, ages 17-21, can reside in a less restrictive arrangement while continuing to receive case management and support focused on independence and self-sufficiency. Programs include apartment living, supports while living in the community, and parent training for young parents. Programs focus on developing skills, positive youth development, and permanent connections.
