Description:
The Wisconsin Family Connections Center (WiFCC) is a collaborative program that merged the former Foster Care and Adoption Resource Center and the Wisconsin Permanency Support Center in an effort to create a more unified service array.
Funding for the WiFCC is provided by the Wisconsin Department of Children & Families through two contracts:
-Statewide, managed by the Coalition for Children, Youth & Families
-Regional, managed by the Journeys Program at Catholic Charities–Diocese of La Crosse
The purpose of the WiFCC is to provide information, connection, referral, training, and support to
-Kinship/Relative Caregiving Families
-Foster Families
-Families Post-Permanency, including reunified families, guardianship families, and adoptive families
-Professionals serving and supporting all of the above
