Description:
Through the Northern Virginia office, UMFS offers a wide range of community-based services including Intensive Care Coordination (ICC), Family Support Partners, therapeutic foster care, Community Respite, Project Life, extreme recruitment, and a 45-day crisis stabilization service at Leland House. Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) and Family Support Partners. ICC is team based individualized support for families who have youth who are at risk for out of home placement. Family Support Partners are parents with lived experience who help educate, support, and empower families of children with mental or emotional health challenges.
