Description:
Turning Point offers coordinated specialty care (CSC) program that serves young adults who are residents of Fairfax County or cities of Fairfax or Falls Church who are between the ages of 14 - 30 (14 and 25 for the clinical high risk-psychosis track and 16 - 30 who have experienced their first episode of psychosis (FEP)). Turning Point works with youth who have both FEP and who are at clinical high risk for psychosis (CHR-P). The program offers services for up to two years, including Case management, Resiliency training, Individual and group psychotherapy, Medication management, Peer support, Family education, Supported employment, and supported education. There is a fee for services, based on a sliding scale.
