It is a client focused agency that offers individualized behavioral, mental health, and substance abuse treatment based on your personal needs. Transitions holds Children’s Services Act (CSA) contracts with Arlington County, City of Alexandria, City of Fredericksburg, Culpeper County, Fauquier County, King George County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, Stafford County, and Spotsylvania County. Transitions holds a contract with Evidence Based Associates (EBA) and with the Department of Juvenile Justice to provide Services to families and court involved youth.
