Dedicated to empowering families, The Whole Child Collective assesses the current systems and needs of the whole child and their environment. Through personalized education, advocacy, case management, and collaboration with schools, providers, and community partners, Elyse Dworin and Shari Perry help families make sense of complex support systems, coordinate care, and access the resources they need. They also provide bridge communication services to ease transitions between residential medical programs, home, and school, ensuring children remain supported every step of the way. The Whole Child Collective creates pathways for meaningful success academically, socially, and emotionally.
