Up Center services include foster care and adoption services; youth counseling; parenting support; mental health skill-building, job training, housing, and financial counseling; and summer camp, sponsored family homes, and financial management for adults with disabilities. The Up Center specializes in placing children and adolescents with varying needs in caring foster homes. They strive to find the best matches possible between child and foster parent and provide extensive support services for foster parents and foster children, from birth to age 21.
