Our Minds Matter (formerly the Josh Anderson Foundation) provides teenagers with mental health education, resources, and support and focuses on suicide prevention and awareness. Josh Anderson Foundation developed Our Minds Matter, a student-led movement designed to change the school culture around mental health. Through group activities and school-wide promotion, Our Minds Matter will increase help-seeking behavior, promote social connected ness, and encourage self-care and healthy habits.
