The House Student Leadership Center
The House Student Leadership Center is an originator and provider of out-of-school time programs for children and teens. The Center's programs magnify the student voice to expand their opportunity and build community. The Center's program initiatives work to improve health, education, and employment outcomes for students. Programs including before and after school academic coaching and summer camp for pre-teens and teens (grades 4-12); EmpowerMEnt Leadership Institute, an elective after school program for teens (grades 9-12); Middle and High School of Public Service, an alternative school education; Fitting In, a sports and activity program; and 1K Destinations: Graduation, a scholarship program to help pay for college.
