The Choice Group places individuals with disabilities in an integrated work setting within the community. The individual is employed by the business and The Choice Group provides ongoing support services through job coaches and vocational counselors, case management, and community support. Also offered are services to assist students in transitioning from school to work including independent living skills, job coaching, social skills development, customized employment, supported employment services, vocational evaluation, therapeutic consultation, and counseling support. The Choice Group helps facilitate several employment programs including Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) for DARS and DBVI, Work Incentives Specialist Advocates (WISA), Ticket to Work, TANF employment, and Project SEARCH.
