She Rocks the World is a group created by teenage girls for teenage girls to encourage girls to become leaders through hand-on experiences and interactions with leaders in business, entertainment, and community. She Rocks the World has developed workshops to help develop emotional intelligence, has an ambassador program, and hosts and annual summit to help girls learn to use their own voices to positively impact the world. Ambassadors take an active part in the organization. They run the social media, interview CEOs, politicians and entertainers, and plan and run the Virginia Girls' Summit. Every year She Rocks the World hosts the Virginia Girls Summit where girls meet together in a supportive environment where girls can take risks and build the confidence needed to be the next generation of leaders. The Summit is held on the campus of George Mason University.
