Peace of Mind Mental Health Services offers individual, couples, group & family sessions. They have a variety of experiences working with different age groups and populations (i.e military families, adolescents, and adults). They also have EMDR and DBT trained clinicians and bilingual clinicians. Their work is grounded in mindfulness, motivational interviewing, person-centered, trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family systems theory. They are trained to work with clients from all different backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, race, and spiritual beliefs.
