Dr. Shapiro has developed the Parent Child Journey and Excursions Programs. In interactive group workshops, participants are introduced to a variety of behavioral strategies. The Journey program is designed to help parents identify the source of their child's challenging behavior and learn what they can do about it. The Excursions program focuses on special topics that cover some of the most common and difficult issues facing parents today. Each course helps parents learn how to individualize their approach to difficult behaviors, problem situations and developmental concerns. At the same time, parents share experiences and support each other.
