Description:
Family and Student Ombudsman is a position established in 2018-19 and provides an independent, confidential resource for students, families, and community members, offering informal help to resolve concerns, problems, complaints, and other student-related issues. The Office of the Family and Student Ombudsman works to serve families and students by providing information about resources and how to access them, understanding concerns and providing support to resolve them. The Office of the Family and Student Ombudsman follows the four principles of the International Ombudsman Association of confidentiality, independence, impartiality, and informality.
