Neighborhood Health believes that behavioral health is a critical component of overall health and has integrated behavioral health into its primary care practices.has integrated behavioral health into its primary care practices. Services include consultations during medical appointments; annual screenings for depression and subtance use; pediatric and adolescent behavioral health; early intervention care inclding pareting support; collaboration with school based and community mental health providers; outpatient counseling services to address common needs such as depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, adjustment disorders, family reunification and childhood behavioral issues; and linkage to community resources for food, clothing, and other social service needs.
