Description:
Mobile Hope's Homeless Youth Diversion Program serves anyone under age 24 who is at risk of becoming homeless and offers basic needs such as clothing, shoes, socks, underwear, hygiene supplies, diapers and wipes, emergency and supplemental food supplies, financial assistance for other things like school related activities. Mobile Hope's Crisis Care Program serves 18-24 year old's who are homeless by providing homeless solutions, extensive case management, life skills training. Services are offered either on their bus or at the facility. The bus travels to Leesburg, Sterling, Villages of St. Louis, Middleburg, Lucketts, Lovettsville, South Riding, and Purcellville.
