Fairfax County Community Services Board's 24/7 emergency services, mobile crisis team, and entry, referral, and assessment services are located at Merrifield. Outpatient services and supports, intensive case management, psychiatric services, medication management, community-based supports for individuals with intellectual disability, and wellness and health promotion services are also provided at Merrifield. The Peer Resource Center and medication-assisted substance use disorder treatment are also available at Merrifield Center. Same day screening and assessment services are available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm with extended hours until 7pm on Tuesdays for youth screening.
