Loudoun Therapeutic Riding's mission is to embrace the power of the horse and equine-assisted services to promote well-being and community inclusion for people with physical, cognitive, and mental health challenges. They offer the following programs: Therapeutic Riding, Hippotherapy, Carriage Driving, Equine Services for Heroes (Veterans), Silver Spurs for Adults in Residential Care, and Horse Power Social Hours. While adaptive/therapeutic riding is not covered by insurance, physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy may be covered depending on your insurance provider.
