Lead Changes Therapy specializes in Aquatic Therapy, Community Inclusion, and Rehabilitative Fitness. Aquatic Therapy uses the properties of water instead of weights and impact. The program consists of an assessment, creating short and long term goals, and weekly sessions. Aquatic Therapy can be beneficial to individuals who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Process Disorder, Developmental or Learning Disability, or Mental Illness. The Community Inclusion program centers around developing social integration, confidence building, and practical skills. The Rehabilitative Fitness Plans are made to overcome barriers to assist clients in achieving long term fitness goals in a safe and effective manner.
