InStride Health provides specialty pediatric anxiety and OCD care through an evidence-based treatment approach grounded in CBT with a focus on exposure therapy. Each patient gets a dedicated, multidisciplinary care team includes a psychiatrist, therapist and exposure coach, and together they support children, teens and young adults (ages 7-22) with anxiety and/or OCD across the full range of acuity to get patients back to their daily life and give them the proper tools to feel empowered when anxiety and OCD emerges. By leveraging the virtual platform our exposure coaches are able to have "in vivo" experiences with the patients during exposures and provide real time coaching and feedback. Upon applying, InStride provides a full psychiatric evaluation for the patients to determine case severity and we are able to build out a personalized treatment plan for each patient depending on case acuity and their specific anxiety/OCD presentations. Our treatment time ranges from 4-12 months depending on case severity, and we offer a track for both patients and parents. Starting with more touch points each week and reducing them as treatment progresses toward graduation, our program is designed to help you get started quickly and to teach you the skills so that you can learn to respond to anxiety/OCD differently and soon get back to doing what matters most to you.
