Care Connection for Children, a partnership between Inova and the Virginia Department of Health, is part of the statewide network of excellence serving children and youth with special healthcare needs. Their case managers work closely with families to coordinate care and to connect with the medical and community-based services specific to each child’s individual needs. They also offer information to anyone seeking resources for children and youth with special healthcare needs. Services are always FREE and provided regardless of income or insurance.
