Description:
The Hartwood Foundation offers a variety of community-based supports for families including group home services and supports, supported residential services, emergency respite services, traditional group home-based respite services, in-home support services, drop-in support services, and respite subsidy program. With the exception of in-home support and respite subsidy program, all programs are for adults. Hartwood currently operates 18 group residences supporting nearly 100 adults with special needs within the community where they receive the support and encouragement they need to build their skills and reach their highest potential.
