Grafton provides an integrated continuum of care that includes psychiatric residential treatment, therapeutic day school, and therapeutic community living options. Grafton provides secure, trauma informed psychiatric residential treatment (PRT) for individuals between the ages of six and 21 with psychiatric disabilities, or those with intellectual disabilities or autism and simultaneous psychiatric conditions. Grafton provides short-term, intensive residential therapeutic treatment, in direct partnership with the family or guardian, designed to help individuals build the skills necessary to be successful in a community and home setting. In addition to individual, group and family therapy, clients explore issues and challenges through a variety of activities including animal assisted therapy, art therapy, horticulture, music instruction, and structured recreation.
