Adult Mental Health Community Based Support Services are available through FCS for adults and their families. Services are designed to assist adults and families in developing necessary skills/supports to lead independent, healthy lives as well as preserve the family unit and prevent unnecessary out-of-home as well as out-of-community placements. FCS's Adult Mental Health Support Services are provided to adults 18 years of age and older who are at risk of nursing home placement, hospitalization, homelessness, or social isolation. Services are Medicaid approved and designed to assist adults and families in developing necessary skills/supports to lead independent, healthy lives.
