The F2F Network of Virginia, is where family members of culturally and linguistically diverse children and young adults with disabilities can obtain needed information, services and community supports. There are regional offices and can provide Family Navigators to help parents get the needed services for their children. Family Navigators are parents or primary caregivers of a child with disabilities or special health care needs who have been trained to support other families. Family navigators provide one-to-one peer support and are knowledgeable about local and state resources.
