LifeWorks Outreach Services, doing business as Family Teamwork, helps children, individuals and families reach improved levels of function through the delivery of home-based counseling, mentoring, respite, mental health skills building, and comprehensive outpatient services. Family Teamwork is a home-based support program that provides support to families through wrap-around services. SelfWorks is a mental health skill-building program for adults over the age of 18 who have significant mental health diagnoses that impair their ability to function in daily life, and LifeWorks is the outpatient counseling service that offers individual, couples, and family therapy services.
