Falls Church Wellness Center Supports individuals and families through anxiety and major life shifts. They offer a safe environment to heal and grow. Through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, clients work together with them to build effective coping strategies.
They currently have immediate availability for both individual and family sessions, offering flexible evening and weekend hours. Services are highly accessible, with a sliding scale fee of $30 to $50 per session. Bilingual Spanish and English sessions available.
