Enlighten Nutrition, Counseling and Care is an outpatient practice providing nutrition counseling and supportive care for individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and challenges related to food and nutrition. The practice offers evidence-based nutrition services through individualized assessments, ongoing counseling, and treatment planning tailored to each client’s needs. Services support individuals across a range of concerns, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, chronic dieting, gastrointestinal concerns, pediatric nutrition, and sports nutrition. The practice incorporates approaches aligned with Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® principles, with a focus on building a more supportive relationship with food, honoring individual nutrition needs, and addressing barriers related to eating and body image. Enlighten provides both in-person and telehealth services, as well as additional group support offerings for select populations.
