Employment Advocates Group is a supported employment service based in the state of Virginia. They provide assistance with choosing, acquiring, and maintaining employment for individuals with disabilities. Services include job shadowing; assistance in the use of education resources; resume development training; job interview skills training; assistance in learning skills necessary for job retention; and monitoring, supervision, assistance in job tasks, work adjustment training, and counseling as needed to complete job training.
