Mr. David Maddox is a consultant who provides advocacy for parents of children requiring special education in their dealings with public schools. Services include planning, preparation, and attendance of IEP, BIP and other relevant meetings and mediation conferences. Mr. Maddox assists parents in understanding the public education system, knowing their rights, and accessing the resources which are most beneficial to their child. His approach involves fostering good working relationships between parents and schools while determinedly pursuing parents' priorities. Primary areas of service include: Prince William, Fairfax, Fauquier, and Loudoun Counties.
