Dedicated Care Health Services provides 24 hour supervised residential care in a home-like setting for adults with a primary diagnosis of intellectual disability who may have a secondary diagnosis of mental illness. Dedicated Care Health Services strives to promote skill development, progressive use of leisure time, community socialization and personal development to be able to live, work and be an active citizen in the community. The home is a split 2 level home licensed for 4 beds. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and one shared bedroom downstairs. Residents need to be able to ambulate stairs
