Description:
CRi has a Community Living Program (CLP) and a Mental Health Skills Building Service. Both services are flexible and intentional where CRi staff work with individuals to develop ongoing mental health recovery and success. CRi's Community Living Program (CLP) provides evidence-based skills building services that focuses on individuals' strengths. Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) meet with individuals at either their home or in another community setting and provide services that support the development of necessary life management and mental health recovery skills. Skill-Building Services are time-limited trainings and supports. These supports assist individuals with achieving and maintaining community stability through reinforcement of independent living skills, identifying and using other resources in the community, assistance with medication management and monitoring of psychical health and nutrition.
