Connecting Hearts is a foundation dedicated obtaining permanency for children in foster care, whether it is in the form of reunification, kinship care, or adoption. Programs serve families, professionals and youth. Services include Family-Match and direct services to children and youth in foster care, such as birthday parties for kids in care, holiday gift events, photo events, and a work program with financial literacy component for older youth. The foundation works to increase advocacy, education and awareness.
