Connecting Hearts is a foundation dedicated to obtaining permanency for children in foster care, whether it is in the form of reunification, kinship care, or adoption. Programs serve families, professionals and youth. Services include Family-Match and direct services to children and youth in foster care, such as birthday parties for kids in care, holiday gift events, photo events, and a work program with financial literacy component for older youth. The foundation works to increase advocacy, education and awareness.
