Children's Services of Virginia (CSV) is a private, licensed child placing agency providing kinship care, foster care, treatment foster care, and adoption services for children and families. CSV is licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services to provide services to children from birth to age 21. The mission is to provide a safe and stable environment for children and to rebuild and strengthen individuals and families. CSV provides a high level of service to our resource families to include individualized support, comprehensive pre-service and ongoing training, 24 hour on call support, and peer support groups. CSV also has an independent living program for youth age 14-18.
