Children's Home Society of Minnesota (CHSM) partners with Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota. CHSM offers international adoption and infant adoption programs to support adoptive families in MD, MN, and VA. Experienced staff helps families prepare for adopting internationally with pre-adoptive training, in-country and travel resources, and ongoing support throughout every step of the process. Through their infant adoption program CHSM also helps adoptive families prepare for open adoptions with home studies, pre-adoptive training, outreach resources, and ongoing support throughout every step of the process.
