Children & Youth Mental Health & Substance Use Treatment Navigation (Care Navigation) at HopeLink creates a single point of access or “one” door to access mental health and substance use services for children and young people. Navigators help to determine what level of service may be needed and helps youth and families connect to those services with barriers and challenges in mind. This Navigation service supporting youth and families connect to behavioral health and substance use services with barriers and challenges making it difficult to connect to care. For: Children and young people up to age 25 in Fairfax County, Falls Church, and Fairfax City needing to access mental health and substance use services.
