The Center on Transition Innovations (CTI) is committed to serving Virginia's middle and secondary special educators, families, service providers, and other stakeholders as in supporting youth with disabilities to create self-determined paths to adulthood. CTI serves as a portal for information and resources on the transition of youth with disabilities. It offers a website that includes free web courses for Virginia's special educators, fast facts about transition and webcasts from experts in the field. CTI is also highly involved in conducting demonstration and research in Virginia that will be used to develop resources for online use.
