CASA is a not-for-profit organization providing legal rights advocacy for abused and neglected children referred by the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. The Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children program recruits, trains and supports citizen-volunteers to advocate for the best interests of children.
