Career Pathways for Individuals with Disabilities (CPID)
Description:
Career Pathways connects Virginians with disabilities to the education, training and industry-recognized credentials needed to qualify for high-demand jobs. The program provides services including career exploration, employable skills, in-demand jobs, marketable credentials, skilled training, support services, technical training, and workforce readiness. A counselor will help individuals explore their career pathway by encouraging self-exploration, career exploration, identifying jobs, developing a tentative career plan, and supporting them while they pursue their goals.
