Bridging the Gap Family Services provides intensive in-home services for youth ages 5-21, working with diagnoses of emotionally or learning disabled, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), anxiety or depression, ADD or ADHD, disruptive behavior, conduct disorder, attachment disorder, bipolar. Bridging the Gap Family Services also provide school-based counseling, mentoring, outpatient therapy, substance abuse intensive outpatient program, post-discharge support, and Mental Health Skill Building for Youth and Adults with serious mental health diagnosis and/or a history of hospitalization.
