AbilityOne is a program that provides people who have disabilities employment opportunities in the delivery of products and services to the Federal Government. The program offers training services to those with disabilities and also pays a fair wage. Goodwill of Greater Washington partners with SourceAmerica for their AbilityOne Program. Ability One is that it allows people who have disabilities an opportunity to gain significant employment. This, in turn, allows them to lead more independent lives.
