Based in Falls Church, Best Buddies Capital Region supports over 4,000 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through meaningful peer friendships, leadership skills, secure employment, and inclusive living opportunities.
The next State Director (BBI’s equivalent of an executive director) oversees a team of 8 and a budget of $1M+. Successful candidates will be superb networkers and with some fundraising experience. This is a great role for a seasoned leader or an first-time E.D.
Salary is budgeted $100k-$110k. Good benefits.
