Let’s Talk about Talking: How Families Can Nurture and Support Communication Skills webinar

This webinar is designed to help families develop a better understanding of children’s communication skills at all ages and stages. Topics covered include: a review of developmental milestones for speech and language skills, delay vs. disorder, the role of a speech therapist in assisting with pragmatic language, and an exploration of how behavior challenges and communication skills can be interdependent. Parents and caregivers will gain ideas and specific strategies for supporting speech and language development across the ages and stages of childhood.

Presenter Beth Stribling has been a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for 22 years. She has worked at Children’s Hospital of Richmond VA, Infant Toddler Connections of Virginia, and the public school system. She currently owns and operates Something To Say, a private speech therapy practice in Warrenton, Virginia and surrounding areas.
