iCan Bike is a program designed to teach children with disabilities how to ride a two-wheeled bicycle. With their adapted bicycles, specialized instructional program, and trained staff and volunteers, most participants are riding on a two-wheel. The Fairfax County program is hosted in the spring at several middle schools across the county by the Fairfax County Public Schools and is available only to residents of FCPS District. The program in Leesburg is hosted by the ARC of Loudoun County and is held in the summer.
