North Light coaching specializes in coaching couples, parents, and teens/pre-teens, including military veterans and their families and is trauma informed. They use Equine Gestalt Coaching Method which is experiential in nature and involves the horse as an active partner with the coach in the client's exploratory process. The horse's interaction is integrated with positive coaching, somatic awareness guidance, and Gestalt methodology where the horse and coach help clients look at their lives, their patterns of response and reaction, and their hopes for themselves and their loved ones. Services offered include one-on-one coaching 90 minute private sessions followed up with a 30 minute phone coaching, 2 hours Gestalt Groups in a classroom setting (without horses) or in the arena with horses present, Workshops for families and small groups of 6-12 participants.
