The Healthy Families Loudoun County is sponsored by INMED family and Youth Opportunity Center. The program is an early intervention home-visiting program for first time parents who are pregnant or have a child less than 14 days old. The program provides intensive in-home visitations, providing parenting education and support, case management and access to critical resources to ensure health and safe home and optimal child development.
