The Arc of Greater Prince William has a recreation program has a wellness for life and integrated bowling program. The Wellness for Life and Bowling operate throughout the school year. Bowling is offered in both Woodbridge and Manassas. Wellness for Life is offered in Woodbridge. There is a registration and transportation fee for both. The Wellness for Life Program includes a physical therapist who incorporates physical activities from more than 100 possible exercises. Some individuals participate in weight training while others join in the walking group. Bowling leagues unite teens and adults with disabilities into teams with non-disabled bowlers. A variety of teams ensures bowlers of all ability levels the chance for growth and success.
