Attorney Stan Phillips has over 30 years of experience working as an adoption lawyer. He is licensed in Virginia and DC and practices in the areas of adoption and assisted reproduction law. He has been awarded the Congressional Angel in Adoption Award to honor his work in enriching the lives of foster children and promoting adoption. Mr. Phillips is active in drafting major rewrites to Virginia's adoption laws as well as on a national level, participated in the drafting of the Uniform Adoption Act.
